THE Centrelink service that allowed paedophile Dennis Ferguson to be reunited with his child-rapist accomplice has been shut down as a result of the controversy, the agency's boss says. Centrelink general manager Hank Jongen said the case was an "honest mistake" that highlighted problems with the service.
